Use of the clinic platform, including pricing, permitted users, support, data processing, service commitments, and termination, must be covered by the applicable customer agreement. Where required, a BAA and data-processing agreement must be in place before customer data is processed.

You may use this website to learn about Little Files and make legitimate inquiries. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site, send spam or malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the contact form to disclose information you are not entitled to share. Do not submit patient records, passwords, or sensitive employment information through public inquiry channels.

Workflow illustrations use example information. They are not patient records or customer testimonials. Details of a particular customer’s service, implementation, integrations, and commercial commitments should be confirmed in writing.
